Hey Dr. [Guest]!

I was hoping I could interest you in doing an interview about your specialty on The Undifferentiated Medical Student, a top ranked Medicine podcast in iTunes about choosing a medical specialty and planning a career in medicine.

You can read more about the podcast on their website (www.undifferentiatedmedicalstudent.com/about), but the gist is that the host of the show (Ian, a 4th year medical student from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine) is interviewing physicians about how to choose a medical specialty and plan a career in medicine with the aim of scaling the mentorship of these physicians so that any medical student struggling with career planning can benefit from their advice. The way he is going about this is by interviewing one physicians from each of the 120+ specialties listed on the Careers in Medicine website.

And I think you would be a great physician for Ian to do an interview with!

If you would like an idea of what the final product would look and sound like, here are a few of his interviews: Ep 031 – Pediatrics with Dr. Vasudha Bhavaraju (Program Director of Pediatrics, Phoenix Children’s Hospital); Ep 047 – Orthopedic Sports Medicine with Dr. James Voos (Head Team Physician of the Cleveland Browns of the NFL); and Ep 050 – Vascular Surgery with Dr. Venita Chandra (Associate Fellowship Director of Vascular Surgery, Stanford University).

If interested, I can reach out to Ian to help facilitate the interview.

I know you are very busy, but your interview would be benefiting med students everywhere so many thanks for considering this!

Thank you,

[You]
